23. Handbooks (detailed in the League Handbook as Rule 24).

Five copies of the Competition Handbook will be issued to each Club with one team, seven copies to Clubs with two teams, nine copies to Clubs with three teams and eleven copies to Clubs with four teams. And a copy to each Referee registered with the Competition.
