League Competition Rules

16. Board of Appeal.

Within 14 days of the posting of written notification of any decision of the Management Committee or Competition a club, Official or Player against whom action is taken may appeal against such decision by lodging particulars in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of £25, such appeal being addressed to the Secretary of the Gloucestershire Football Association for the adjudication of the Board of Appeal, whose decision shall be final and binding on all concerned. In the event of the appeal being unsuccessful the fee shall be forfeited or returned to the Club in whole or in part at the discretion of the Board of Appeal, who shall also decide by whom the cost of the appeal shall be borne. A COPY OF THE APPEAL MUST BE SENT TO THE LEAGUE SECRETARY and the operation of the decision made by the League shall not be suspended pending the result of the appeal unless the Board of Appeal or the Council of the Gloucestershire Football Association through its Officers, orders such suspension. No appeal can be lodged against a decision taken at an Annual or Special General meeting unless this is on the grounds of unconstitutional conduct
