11. Reporting Results.
(A) The Registration Secretary must receive,
within 5 Days (excluding Sunday), of the date it is played, the result of
each Competition match in the prescribed manner. This will involve an
official card being forwarded to the Registration Secretary (postmark to be
evidence of date) detailing the correct result of each match, the forenames
and surnames, in BLOCK LETTERS, and Registration Numbers of team players,
opponents sportsmanship marks, together with Referee's name and marks in
accordance with Rule 13. Sportsmanship marks for opponents shall be awarded
out of 100. Any Club defaulting shall
be fined £5 for each offence. In the event of incorrect names being sent an
additional fine (minimum £1) shall be imposed.
(B) The Home Club shall telephone the result (including details of
postponements) of each match to to Les Fisher
(01242 602351) by 5-15pm on the day of the fixture, Results of evening
fixtures shall be telephoned by 9.15pm on the day of the fixture. The results
(including details of postponements) of County Cup fixtures shall also be
telephoned to Les Fisher (01242 602351) by 5.15pm on the day of the fixture
by the HOME team, OR BY THE AWAY TEAM IF THE HOME TEAM IS FROM ANOTHER
LEAGUE. Any Club in default shall be fined a minumum
sum of £5. This minimum fine shall be increased by £5 for the second and each
subsequent offence.
(C) The match Result Cards, correctly completed, for all fixtures shall be
signed by a responsible member of the Club and shall be in the possession of
the Registration Secretary by no later than the morning of the fifth day
after the fixture or a fine of £10 shall be imposed. The Club will then be
notified by the Registration Secretary that it has a further five days to
submit the Result Card. Any Club that fails to submit a correctly completed
Result Card, for any fixture, to the Registration Secretary by the morning of
the tenth day after such fixture SHALL BE SUSPENDED until all outstanding
Result Cards are received. Once suspended, if outstanding Result Cards are
not received by 6.00pm on the night prior to any further fixture the League
Fixture(s) shall be postponed and the Club shall be deemed responsible for
the postponement and shall be dealt with under paragraph (f) of League Rule
10.
(D) Any Club HAVING ANY PLAYER registered, who plays in a different League
for ANY TEAM of Higher County Classification, shall furnish the Registration
Secretary with details of ALL MATCHES that such a player has taken part in,
within 48 hours of the playing of such matches (postmark to be evidence of
posting).
Any Club which defaults shall be dealt with under the provisions of paragraph
(a) of this rule.
(E) Each Captain must supply the correct names and initials of his team to
the opposing Captain or any member of the Management Committee at the field
of play, if requested to do so. In the event of a refusal to comply, or
incorrect names being supplied, the Club shall be fined a minimum of £10 . If such refusal or incorrect names are given to a
member of the Management Committee the Club shall be severely dealt with by
the Management Committee.
(F) For fixtures between teams in Division One to Five, each club SHALL hand
a list of names of players taking part in the fixture (including the names of
nominated substitutes) to the referee and a representative of the opponents
in the presence of the referee at least 15 minutes before the stated time of
kick off. This list should be signed by the club official in charge of the
team, the referee and the representative of the opposition to whom the sheet
is handed. . Each player named on the team sheet must be assigned a number
and this number must be written on the sheet next to the player's name. The
numbers on the shirts must correspond to the number the player has been given
on the team sheet. Any Club failing to carry out these provisions shall be
fined a sum of £10.
