9. Results/Report Forms - Details of Teams

(A - League Rule 11a) The Registration Secretary must receive within I Day (excluding Sunday) of the date played, the result of each Competition match in the prescribed manner (forward to the Registration Secretary on an Official Card (postmark to be evidence of date) the correct result of each match, the forename's and surname of team players (BLOCK LETTERS) and Registration Number of team, opponents sportsmanship marks, together with Referee's name and marks in accordance with Rule 13. Any Club defaulting shall be fined £5 for each offence. In the event of incorrect names being sent an additional fine (minimum £1) shall be imposed.

(B - League Rule 11b) The Home Club shall telephone the result of each match to (including postponements to Les Fisher 01242 602351 ). by 5-15pm on the day of the fixture, Results of evening fixtures shall be telephoned by 9.15pm on the day of the fixture. Results of County Cup fixtures shall also be telephoned (including postponements to Les Fisher 01242 602351 by 5.15pm on the day of the fixture by the HOME team, OR BY THE AWAY TEAM IF THE HOME TEAM IS FROM ANOTHER LEAGUE. Any Club in default shall be fined £10.

(C - League Rule 13j) The referee shall complete a Result Card giving the result of the match, the number of players in each team and the time of kick-off and any other details as required on the card, sign it and hand it to a representative of the home side within 15 minutes of the completion of the match.. The Home Club Secretary shall then submit the Result Card and home team's copies of the Team Sheets provided by both teams in the fixture to the League Results Secretary within five days of the match. A fine of £5 shall be imposed on any defaulting Club. Should any club be proven to have altered the information detailed on the Referee's result card, they shall be severely dealt with by the League Management Committee and punished at the Management Committee's discretion.
