7. Changing facilities, Colours

(A) Every Club must register the colour of its shirts and shorts with the Secretary by 1st June who shall decide as to their suitability. Goalkeepers must wear colours which distinguish them from other players and the referee No player, including the goalkeeper shall be permitted to wear black or very dark shirts..
Any team not playing in its normal registered colours as registered with the Competition shall notify the colours in which they will play to its opponents at least three days before the match . All players must play in their registered (or notified as above )colours, or the Club shall be fined £3 for each defaulter.
If in the opinion of the Referee, two clubs have the same or similar colours the AWAY team shall make the change. Any team not having a change of colours or delaying the kick-off shall be fined £5. All shirts (except goalkeepers) shall be numbered 2 - 17 with no duplications. Any Club in default shall be fined £1 in respect of each shirt that is not correctly numbered.
In addition, for matches that are played on neutral grounds and where the team colours are similar, both teams shall change..
The Secretary of the Competition may request shirts to be submitted to him if complaints are received as to the lack of distinguishing colours and the Management Committee may refuse to permit any shirts or shorts as they think fit.

(b) Any Club wishing to change its name or colours must seek permission from its affiliated County Association and from the Management Committee.

(c) No Club may wear shirts bearing sponsorship details, until the design of the shirt has been approved by the League Secretary.

(d) Each club shall forward the names and address and telephone number of its secretary, the location of its ground and dressing rooms and details of any recognised Senior Team that shares its facilities, or in default be fined £25
