2. Entrance, Fees

(a) Every Club must pay an Annual subscription of £25 to the Charities Competition, which includes entry of one team to the Competition. Additional teams shall be entered at £5 per team. All subscriptions shall be paid not later than the 31st July, failing which the Club shall be fined £20, and the Committee shall have the power to exclude the offending Club from the Competition. No Club shall be eligible for re-election which was in default in League and/or Charity Competition books at the close of the Financial Year.
