• 16/04/2008 - FC Barometrics win Senior Charity Cup

FC Barometrics tonight sealed their first ever Cheltenham League Senior Charity Cup triumph just two years after making the switch from Sunday football when they beat Whaddon United 3-0 in the Final at Whaddon Road, home of Cheltenham Town FC.

Mike Preedy opened the scoring after 10 minutes and, although the game remained very even after this up until half time, two quick goals after the break from Stephen Zasilowski and Ross Constantine made sure that FC Barometrics walked off with the cup, to add to the GFA County Junior Cup, which they won earlier in the month when they beat Stroud Leaguers Leonard Stanley, also by a margin of 3-0
