As you will notice, all the matches other than the Senior Cup Semi Finals will be played at Newlands Park, with two matches, one from each competition, being played on both of two Wednesday evenings, one week apart.
Please support these matches if at all possible. Entry to the Senior Charity Cup match between FC Barometrics and Winchcombe Town, which promises to be another excellent game, is only £2 and every penny of this entry fee goes towards the League's designated Charities. Entrance to all the other games, at the Newlands, is £1 at the gate on the night for adults, with children admitted free.

2) FA Cup Final Tickets

Please note that the deadline for making application to the League's General Secretary for FA Cup Final tickets passes on March 1st and that no further applications will be considered after this date.

3) Entry Forms

All clubs should, by now, have received their application forms for the 2008-2009 season, along with the declaration form that the Chairman and Secretary of each club are asked to sign every year. These were included in the envelopes that were handed out to club delegates at the last Clubs meeting, on January 30th, 2008. The envelopes that were not collected at the clubs meeting were posted to member clubs at the beginning of this month.
If your club is not in receipt of these two forms, please contact the League Secretary, Nick Oram, and ask that copies be sent to you. These forms, fully completed, must be returned to the League Secretary by March 31st at the latest otherwise your club will be in breach of League Rule 14a. The fine associated with this is £25 so please ensure that you return your form on time!

PLEASE NOTE THAT, WHEN RETURNING THE ENTRY FORM FOR NEXT SEASON, IT ONLY HAS TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CHEQUE FOR £30 (OR A MULTIPLE OF THAT AMOUNT) IF YOU ARE AIMING TO ENTER A COMPLETELY NEW SIDE INTO THE LEAGUE FOR NEXT SEASON.

4) Extra League Stationery

All clubs are reminded that League Rules now state that any club that requests additional stocks of League Stationery - Result Cards, Referee's Result Cards & triplicated teamsheets - will be charged £1 for each item dispatched. It is possible that those clubs who did not attend the October clubs meeting, and who have made no attempt, since the meeting, to collect the envelopes that were made available that evening, will run out of Result Cards long before the end of the season. The envelopes that were available for collection at the October Club's meeting contained each club's allocation of handbooks and the remainder of each club's allocation of Result Cards. These envelopes are still available for collection, by arrangement, from the League General Secretary.

5) Registration Dead-Line Date

All clubs are reminded that, under the provisions of League Rule 8(L), no player may be registered with a Club nor transferred to another Club in the League after Saturday, March 1st , except by special permission of the Management Committee

6) Parking at Winchcombe

Winchcombe Town have asked the League to point out once again that there is no parking at all in Mill Lane, the road that leads down to their ground, for anyone at any time, most particularly those persons involved in matches played at the ground. All cars must park on the main road and the drivers and passengers of these cars must then proceed down to the ground on foot.

7) Handbook Changes

Bourton Rovers have changed their first choice colours to Sky Blue Shirts, Navy Blue Shorts and Navy Blue Socks with immediate effect.
FC Barometrics Reserve team in Division Five has changed its colours to All Grey with immediate effect
Whaddon United's Secretary's mobile number is 07887 824867

PLEASE NOTE THAT KICK-OFF TIMES FOR LEAGUE GAMES REVERT TO 3.00 PM FROM SATURDAY, MARCH 1ST FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON
