• 07/02/2007 - Smiths Athletic's Peter Jurd Memorial Game

Smiths Athletic are to hold a game in memory of Peter Jurd, the late President of the Club and General Secretary of the Cheltenham League.

The match is to be contested by two sides drawn from Smiths Athletic's membership and will be played at Dowty Staverton this Sunday, February 11th, 2007 with an 11.00 am kick off. The under 25 team will be captained by Andy Collins whilst Kenny Edwards will skipper their opponents, the 25's and overs. The Peter Jurd Trophy will be presented to the winners at the end of the match and spectators are more than welcome
