The Agenda for the January Clubs Meeting, which will be held at the Victory Club, the Headquarters of the League, in Lypiatt Road, Cheltenham, on Wednesday, 31st January, is detailed below.

Clubs Meetings are optional but all clubs are advised to attend if at all possible. These twice yearly meetings are an opportunity for the clubs to meet up with the officers of the league and discuss matters that are of concern, both to the League and to the clubs themselves. Minutes of this meeting will be produced in due course and circulated to all clubs but receiving the information imparted at these meetings in this way does not adequately substitute for being there and, naturally, does not afford the opportunity to ask questions.
In addition, this meeting will also see the distribution of League Membership forms for Season 2007-2008 and it also presents the last opportunity to return League Trophies won last season without incurring a fine.
