It is with great sadness that the League is compelled to report the death of Brian Didcote, following a short illness. Brian started refereeing in the Cheltenham League in 1965 and took up the reins as the League's Referee's Secretary in 1982, a position he occupied until 1991 and in which he performed the necessary duties with diligence. He was also one of the League's delegates to the GFA between 1988 -1991 and Brian is remembered with great fondness by all those who knew him and worked with him on the League. Our thoughts go out to his family at this sad time.
