1) Player Debts

Clubs are reminded that the League's CDP1 form should be returned to the League Registration Secretary, Mr Terry Onions, by next Wednesday, May 31st, if they intend to report any players who may owe them money. All persons thus reported will then be included on the CDP 2 form that will be circulated to all clubs at the Annual General Meeting, detailing all players whose registration will not be accepted by the League for next season until the debt has been discharged

2. Annual General Meeting

The League's Annual General Meeting will be held at the Victory Club on Wednesday, June 7th. It is a requirement of League Rules that all clubs must have at least one representative in attendance at the meeting throughout. It is also important for all clubs to be at the meeting as League Registration Books, triplicated team sheets and various other administrative necessities for the forthcoming season will be distributed as delegates arrive.

3 End of Season Roll of Honour.

The 2005-2006 season is now over and the winners of all eight of the League's trophies are now known. The League Champions this year are Star FC who, two years after being required to leave their home ground of the previous 35 years and changing their name from Eagle Star, have won back the place in the Northern Senior League that they lost at the end of the 1999-2000 season. We wish them well with the fresh challenges that they will face in their new league.
Meanwhile, the other League honours were taken by Cheltenham Civil Service Reserves in Division Two, High Tech Rangers in Division Three, A C Olympia in Division Four and Tewkesbury Town in Division Five. High Tech Rangers and A C Olympia therefore move up a Division for the second successive season and Tewkesbury Town earned promotion in their first season back in the League. Congratulations to all the

Divisional Winners.

Meanwhile, in the cups, Winchcombe Town will have gained some compensation for their Cup Final defeat the previous year when they beat Smiths Athletic Reserves 1-0 at Whaddon Road in the Senior Charity Cup. Woodmancote, who were runners up in Division Three, turned the tables on High Tech Rangers, the divisional Champions, with a 1-0 win in the Junior Cup at Kayte Lane and Tewkesbury Town completed a Cheltenham League double when they took the Minor Cup following a 3-2 victory over Bredon at Petersfield Stadium.

4 Supplementary Information Forms

All supplementary information forms must be returned to the League's General Secretary by next Thursday, June 1st. These forms cannot be submitted at the AGM without your club incurring a fine. Please make sure that they are returned to the General Secretary as soon as possible.

DON'T FORGET THE AGM - WEDNESDAY, 7TH JUNE, 7-15 PM AT THE VICTORY CLUB

Thanks,

Nick Oram
General Secretary,
