Cheltenham League Notice Board

Belated good wishes for the New Year to everyone connected with the Cheltenham League and apologies for the fact that this website has not been updated for over a month. Unfortunately, technical problems over the festive period meant that no postings were possible during this time but we are very much back on line now and, hopefully, this should mean that normal service will now be resumed.

The latest newsletter has also been posted today but please note that the League has received notification of two changes of Secretary since the Newsletter's original publication, 5 days ago. The clubs involved are Falcons and Finlay Rovers and details of the changes can be found under the Handbook Changes section of the Noticeboard Archive. Naturally, the individual club pages have also been updated.

Your attention is also drawn to the fact that another EGM has been called and that this will take place at the New Victory Club at 7-15 pm on Wednesday, 25th January, 2006. This meeting will, in fact, precede the Clubs meeting that was originally scheduled for that evening and it is hoped that as many clubs as possible will stay on after the EGM to attend this meeting as well. Details of the agendas for both these meetings will be distributed soon.

Finally, congratulations to Smiths Athletic Reserves, in the County Junior Cup, St Marks Reserves, in the County Intermediate Cup, High-Tech Rangers, in the County Minor Cup and Elmbridge and AC Olympia, in the County Primary Cup, for winning through to the Semi-Finals of their respective competitions last weekend. The Semi Finals are due to be played on March 4th.
