• 05/06/2005 - Early Kick-Offs on October 8th

England's latest World Cup qualifier against Austria will be played at Old Trafford on Saturday, October 8th, 2005 and will kick off at 4.00 pm. No specific provisions have been made by the Cheltenham League with regard to this match. However, the League would reiterate the advice given at the recent clubs meeting, to the effect that the kick off time of any Cheltenham League match can be brought forward from 3.00 pm if, but only if, both teams and the Referee agree. If these conditions are met, John Hunt, the Assistant Secretary and Arthur Stiley, the Referees Secretary, should also be informed of the amended kick off time.
