The League hereby announces that there will be an Extraordinary meeting of the League held at the Victory Club on Wednesday, 28th September, 2005. The meeting will commence at 7-15 pm and attendance is obligatory for all clubs. If your club has not received a copy of the agenda, please contact the League Secretary immediately so that one can be sent without delay.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows

2. Alterations to rules

It is proposed by the Management Committee of the Cheltenham League that the following clause be explicitly re-adopted as a sub-paragraph of League Rule 10(f) with immediate effect

"Any Club with more than one team in the Competition shall always fulfil its fixtures, within the Competition, in the following order of precedence: first team, reserve team, third team, and fourth team. Clubs in breach of this requirement shall be fined a sum not exceeding £25 or otherwise dealt with by the Management Committee"
