Cheltenham League Notice Board
Today sees eight Cheltenham League sides going for glory as they take up half the available places in the four GFA County Cup Semi-Finals beneath Senior Amateur Level The League is already guaranteed at least one team in the final of two of the Competitions, because the Intermediate and Minor Cups feature all Cheltenham League ties. With a League side also involved in the other match in both these cups, hopes are high that the finals of each of these competitions will pit two Cheltenham League sides against each other in what would be a major testament to the strength in depth of the League. Meanwhile, the Junior Cup sees high flying Gala Wilton, from Division One, travel to Redbrook Rovers full of hope and expectation, whilst AC Olympia, from Division Five, take a 23 game unbeaten run in all matches this season into their home Primary Cup Semi Final with Stroud League AFC Phoenix.
