With no cup matches this week, the only disruption to the League Programme is caused by the England v Wales World Cup Qualifier, which is scheduled to start at 3.00 pm at Old Trafford. All Clubs are reminded that the League, in the personages of Treasurer Les Fisher and Referees Secretary Arthur Stiley, must have been informed about all amendments to kick off times for matches this coming Saturday.

For those fixtures for which there is no officially appointed referee, teams are reminded that it is the responsibility of the HOME side to find a replacement and are referred to the provisions of Rule 10 section b paragraph 7
