Cheltenham League Notice Board
Tewkesbury Dynamose have reported to the League that they have been experiencing problems with the goal posts at Tewkesbury School and that they have been advised by referees that, as a consequence, they would have problems playing a league match on the pitch, They have requested another pitch from the school but have not been allocated one. Thererfore, they have requested of the league that they be permitted to play all their home matches at Pamington, one time home of Tewkesbury Town. However, even moving to Pamington is presenting the club with problems as, currently, the showers are not working. They have, however, been assured that repairs will be completed by the 4th September, the day the league kicks off. As a contingency measure, though, they have requested permission to continue using the Tewkesbury School changing rooms and showers if the work at Pamington is not completed in time for their first home match of the season. The League's Management Committee have accepted that the club will use Pamington as its home ground for this season and has also will allowed the use of Tewkesbury School if required, so long as it was only for the first couple of games of the season at most. |
